I would highly recommend that you purchase "Solar Electricity Handbook 2012 Edition" by: Michael Boxwell to go along with this book. She was both strong in mind and heart. Also, despite what you will read below, she had some really easy takes on popular Paleo base items like "bone broth," demi-glace, coconut milk and coconut butter.One of my personal favorites (and worth the value of the book itself) are the recipes for umami, both liquid and powder form. I was rather disappointed in this book. Carr contains few bibliographical references, whereas ARRL has tons of references for further reading.My opinion: Carr is better for the beginner, but ARRL is better for details and as a reference book. Unless you are required to read this for a class, try the Mayo Cliic Guide to Alzheimer's Disease or anything by Tom Kitwood.. This book is a very enjoyable read, and I would put it up there amongst the best Montalbano stories, alongside such gems as “The Terracotta Dog”, “The Potter’s Field”, and “The Dance of the Seagull”.There has been an enjoyable formula for these books: Montalbano’s quirky personality; the interplay between him and his team; lots of humour; and the occasional critical social comment from Camilleri’s left-lean
