In the end, despite some awful tragedies, the heart and courage of the little lieutenant is rewarded with the potential to save many more lives.There was one major drawback to this story, as I read it - what was really a great plot and a good character development was hindered by the fact that the races involved did not fit in with the personality types colored in the story. This was one of the rare books that several times I couldn't find a recipe I had mentally marked. Hanushek's volume, "Courting Failure," along with the recent Brookings volume, edited by Martin R. This is the civilizational collapse—the long prophesied lapse into barbarism. In this chapter he gives light to why is not a good thing to split people between various projects and what to do: control the project list religiously! The agile methodologies also say: Control the feature list of each project religiously :-) !
