Christopher Butler is Professor of English Literature at Oxford University, and is the author of many books, including Early Modernism (OUP, 1994).

Luckily for me, I happened to see it on a shelf at my local library and decided to give it a try anyway. Go with intuition and common sense and use the internet and other sources as well.My other issue with the cookbook is the way it's organized. I would recommend it to those who work with child suicide survivors. The last chapters happened really fast but it was done really well. The stories he relates and the genealogy he provides to his co author is truthful, exciting and fun to read. I highly recommend it.. Hobby gardeners: if you intend to do a lot of tree-plants-shrubs purchases for your garden, then consider buying this book; it's great for what the title says!. And it glossy over much of the basics of Linux system administration (refer Running Linux, O'Rielly, 4th edition or Linux Administration Handbook by Nemeth, Snyder and Hein), but the title does say advenced!It is well written and easy to follow. It isn't an academic monograph, but it IS several other things: a collection of stories shared around a campfire, a description of a lifestyle that is very Canadian and is now almost gone, and a window on lives that could be happy, even in solitude.. She said very little (in fact nothing concrete) about the books actual contents and deflected the more incisive probes with variations on "To get an answer to your question you'll have to read the book".
